Brickz4Kidz was an excellent time! The students worked with a partner to follow instruction manuals to build motorized windmills and cars! |
|
Students learned that before you build you need to have a plan, the right materials, and how important it is to follow one step at a time! |
|
We went bird watching around Willow Park and saw many different types of birds! We saw some birds eating, flying, and heard them singing to each other.
We even noticed that planes and birds have the same shape as we watched some planes fly by. |

We will continue to work on rhyming and syllables this week! |
All the students have had their turn doing our daily 'Who Am I' activity, which gives us a chance to talk about how we are all unique. It is also a great way to review sentence structure, listening to instructions, and 'turtle, giraffe, and worm' letters. I told the students that once every student had a turn I would share the link with you, so here it is! http://more2.starfall.com/m/me/me-index/load.htm?f Please continue to work on printing workbooks when you can at home!
For the months of May and June, I will be sending home some home reading books to read with your child accompanied by a stuffed animal and an activity to complete together! I will send more information out about this next week.
Spring Photos are this Thursday, April 28th!
